Airsoft Guns Cheap

With today’s economic situation, the reality for many people is that they follow a budget.   In order to meet those budgetary limitations, it has become a necessary to purchase items on sale, or for a relatively cheap price.  This situation holds true not only for necessity purchase like food for the table and gas for the car, but also for social expenditures.  Any airlift enthusiasts will agree that it is possible to join in the fun of the game without breaking the bank and blowing the budget.  Airsoft guns come in a great range of prices enabling everyone the opportunity to play. When you hear people asking for Airsoft guns cheap, don’t make the mistake in thinking that the guns are cheaply made.  All varieties are well manufactured and the prices reflect the various design feature differences.  Let’s take a look at three different levels of Airsoft guns.

Airsoft guns come in three basic price ranges and within those ranges are a wide variety of features that can add to the cost.

Option #1
– Least Expensive

The spring firing Airsoft guns are the least expensive & most entry level option available.  An individual pellet is expelled from the barrel of the gun by the shooter manually deploying the trigger and ultimately an internal spring.  Each time a new pellet is deployed the shooter is required to cock the gun and pull the trigger.  This practice can be quite tedious for the user and isn’t as sophisticated as the costlier models, but a spring firing Airsoft gun is a cheap option and is where many enthusiasts begin.

Option #2 - Moderately Expensive

In order to fire more than one round at t time, many Airsoft players opt for the gas powered model which offers atomic firing.  This model has a gas charger designed feature that makes cocking the fife or pistol obsolete.  Gas powered airlift guns are definitely more powerful than they spring model while only being slightly more expensive.  The propellent cartridges need to be replaced  by either using a portable hand pump or replaceable co2 cartridges.  A major reason for this models popularity is the realistic feel it gives the user.

Option #3 – Highest Price Category

This model of Airsoft gun is called the AEG short form for Airsoft electric gun and is the top of the line as far as Airsoft guns go.  This model of gun propels the ammunition by a very small, yet strong motor.  While the trigger is still spring loaded, an electronic motor controls the speed and frequency of the firing all the way up to a fully automatic range.  A unique feature of this electronic airlift gun is that is has the capability to be loaded with miniature paintballs instead of the traditional plastic beads. One of the downsides to this feature is that the entire firing mechanism needs to be dismantled and in order to clean it, should a paintball explode inside the ammunition chamber.

The best piece of advice a person can take with them when looking at punching an Airsoft gun is not to focus entirely on the cost of the item, although budget is always a big concern.  Take the necessary time to research the add on options that are available with each price category of Airsoft gun and find the one that meets your personal requirements.  If after assessing your needs and the various options, you end up purchasing one the lesser priced varies, then you’ve just invested in a great product at a great price – nothing cheap about that.
